Chihiro Hyakuya (百夜 千尋 Hyakuya Chihiro?) was one of the orphans from the Hyakuya Orphanage who lived with Yūichirō Hyakuya and Mikaela Hyakuya during their time in the vampire city called Sanguinem.
Appearance[]
Chihiro was a little girl, with shoulder-length dark-blue hair that has bangs hanging on the left side, dark blue eyes and she wore oval-shaped glasses.
As a "livestock", she wore a dark choker with a tag and a sleeveless one piece dress with a hood. The dress had a design on the eyelet and black lining. She wore dark wrist bands on her both hands, and like the rest of the children, Chihiro didn't wear any footwear.[1]

Chihiro appeared to have a normal and innocent child personality.
History[]
At some point in her life, her parents abandoned her at the Hyakuya Orphanage which was run by the Brotherhood of a Thousand Nights, a religious organization infamous for cruel experimentation on orphans. Her history before coming to the orphanage is unknown.

Events of 2016[]
Prologue[]
Shortly after Yu's arrival at the orphanage, the director suddenly began to bleed from her nose and mouth and collapsed to the ground.
The adults perished, Third Progenitor Krul Tepes led the vampire invasion on Tokyo. For the next four years, the orphans survived as livestock for the vampires in the vampire capital of Sanguinem, which is located under Kyoto. Joining the rest of her adoptive family, she is murdered by Ferid when they try and escape the city.[3]
Events of 2020[]
When Yu is attempting to acquire cursed gear, the demon Asuramaru has Chihiro appear as part of an illusion to break him. Appearing in the livestock uniform but in the Hyakuya Orphanage playroom, she stands near Taichi and Fumie as the illusions try and encourage Yu to embrace vengeance.[4]
When Mika is being defended by Shinoa, Yoichi, Kimizuki and Mitsuba, he thinks how they are defending him because they know he is Yu's family. Chihiro is visualized playing football with the other orphans where they were inviting him to play as well.[5]

Yūichirō Hyakuya[]
Chihiro was present on the day that Yu arrived at the orphanage, standing behind Mika and appearing apprehensive when the orphanage director introduced Yu to them. She lived with Yu during their time in Sanguinem and eating curry together she asks Yu whether he knows where Mika is.
Mikaela Hyakuya[]
Standing behind Mika when Yu was first introduced to the orphanage, they continued to live together in Sanguinem. Chihiro asks about Mika's whereabouts when he is absent from dinner. After Ako is murdered by Ferid when he sets a trap for them, Chihiro huddles close to Mika.
Ako Hyakuya[]
Living together in Sanguinem, Chihiro watches as Ako greets Yu home.
Fumie Hyakuya[]
In Sanguinem together, Chihiro watches as Fumie greets Yu home then sits beside her when eating curry.
Taichi Hyakuya[]
Living together in Sanguinem, Chihiro watches as Taichi greets Yu home.
Kōta Hyakuya[]
Though close with all the orphanage family members, Chihiro appeared particularly close to Kōta with them both behind Mika when Yu first arrived, then later in Sanguinem being seated nearby to one another.

Ferid Bathory[]
Chihiro comes across Ferid before Sanguinem's exit and is the second casualty after Ako of a planned trap by the vampire noble.
