This unnamed student is a character in Seraph of the End, seen in the Seraph of the End: Guren Ichinose: Catastrophe at Sixteen manga. Attending Shibuya High School, he is familiar with Norito Goshi.

He has light colored hair. For clothing he wore the school uniform, a long sleeved top and dark pants.

He would enroll in First Shibuya High at some point and be aware of the Goshi family house.
Story[]
On the school grounds other spar he is near Goshi who has just knocked over Guren Ichinose. Knowing who the former is, this boy announces it is the Goshi family’s eldest son. He does not comment on whether they should tell the teachers as everyone’s morale is dropping because if Goshi's fighting capabilities. As with other students he praises the prominent ones from family houses.[1]
