Gate and sign to the orphanage

Located in Tokyo, Japan the orphanage was a gated, two storey building. It appeared designed for young children to live in with it being colored green, red and blue on the exterior.

Inside there was an open stairway featuring wooden appearing panels on the walls, and balusters supporting the handrail. Natural light was provided by a circular window.

Overall the interior was in a similar theme with an upper room consisting of a vibrant decor including child like arts and crafts as well as being what appeared as a general play area. The walls and shelves of this room were decorated in winter Christmas related designs, with a pink and green rectangular carpet. There was a balcony area on the second floor used to air laundry.

The orphanage was well maintained with greenery on the premises from bushes to trees.

Society Edit

The orphanage took in children some who had been mistreated by their parents and maintained an ethos that all those at the orphanage were one large family. When Yu arrived, "welcome" was written in Japanese on the activity board.
