Seraph of the End: The Story of Vampire Michaela (終わりのセラフ 吸血鬼ミカエラの物 Owari no Serafu - Kyūketsuki Mikaera no Monogatari?) is a prequel light novel series to the Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign manga, written by Takaya Kagami and illustrated by Yamato Yamamoto. It is about Mikaela's story and the origin of vampires.[1]

In contrast to the Guren Ichinose: Catastrophe at Sixteen light novels, it is published by Shueisha rather than Kodansha. Novel one debuted on December 4, 2015, and two novels have been released as of May 2016. Originally, the third novel was announced to go on sale in the fall of 2016,[2] however, it has yet to be published.
